Today I'm making three completely different eggrolls to see which one comes out the best.
We’re taking classic flavors and turning them into crispy eggrolls:

🥩 Steakhouse Cheesesteak Eggrolls
🍤 Shrimp Eggrolls with a Lemon Cream Sauce
🍰 Fried Cheesecake Eggrolls

From savory to sweet, each one gets fried until perfectly crispy and cut open to see which filling wins.

The shrimp eggrolls use a rich lemon cream reduction, the steakhouse eggrolls are loaded with juicy steak and caramelized onions, and we finish it off with crispy cheesecake eggrolls dusted with powdered sugar.
