The trick to preserving herb infused oils is how you handle the HERBS! 🍃🌿 It's all about the herb baby!

1- Pick a ton of herbs. I like Rosemary because it packs a ton of flavor and looks pretty in the bottle.

2- BOIL DA HERBS! Bring a BIG pot of water to a boil amd drop in your herbs for 3-4 minutes. We have to kill off any germs or insect droppings so this is a must.

3- Air Dry it, but make sure you provide plenty of light and breathing room.

4- Add HIMILAYAN salt to your oil. The salt absorbs any moisture left from the plants to keep a longer shelf life.

Then bottle up your herbs and your oils & you are ready to go!
