Decadent Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Delight ๐ซ๐ฐโจ
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings for garnish
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius).
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips gently in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar using an electric mixer. Beat until smooth and creamy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract and cocoa powder until well combined.
5. Slowly fold in the melted chocolate while continuing to mix on low speed.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and continue mixing until the batter is smooth and creamy. If using, dissolve instant coffee granules in a tablespoon of water and stir in.
7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
8. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.
9. Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door ajar for 1 hour to cool gradually.
10. After an hour, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
11. Before serving, top with sour cream and chocolate shavings for an extra decadent touch.
