He never talked about WWII much but my dad, Lester C. Huth, served from 1943-1945 in the EAME Campaign which included being in the second wave in Normandy. He was also Signalman and sharpshooter. He was also there to free those in the Birkinau concentration camp. Proud of him and all his accomplishments which included getting his Law Degree and practicing for many years in Fostoria, OH and working as a magistrate in Tiffin, OH. Missed every single day!
