GINGER HEADACHE TEA (one of the many natural options to aspirin)
Ingredients: 1/3rd of an inch of fresh ginger root (chopped/grated), 1 liter hot water.
Instructions: Boil ginger in water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink up to 4 cups daily.
You can add these other things to this to make it more palatable: honey to taste, lemon, peppermint, chamomile, lavender.
One of many natural options to aspirin.
