Sometimes the biggest wins in business are the things nobody else sees.

One of our biggest vendors had our insurance expire two years in a row. This year we made it a priority to do things differently. So we reached out to our insurance carriers 30 days before renewal to make sure we had everything in hand uploaded and ready to go.

We hit a hiccup along the way but we got it handled our insurance was approved and we never had a lapse in coverage.

I'm thankful because this was a reminder that growth isn't just about getting more customers making more funds or landing bigger contracts. It's also about tightening up our operations being proactive and making sure we're prepared before problems arise.

You can't keep doing things the same way and expect different results!

We're building a business that doesn't just show up to do the work. We're building one that handles business the right way behind the scenes and out in the field.

Grateful for the lesson thankful for the outcome and ready for what's next.
