Remembering Eva Marie Saint. She passed away yesterday at the age 102. Admiring her wardrobe here- in Alfred Hitchcocks North by Northwest also starring Cary Grant and James Mason.

Hitchcock wasn’t pleased with the designs made for her so he took her to Bergdorf Goodmans for all her wardrobe in the movie. She is stunning in the looks.

She also starred opposite Marlon Brando in - On the Waterfront. A very different role with much intensity involving corruption and ethics. Both these movies happen to be in my top 5 and if you haven’t seen them I highly recommend watching them

I started watching these movies when I was a youngster, and they still hold up today. The glamour, sophistication and class is rare to see today.

Thank you to all the Hollywood stars from the Golden Era that truly inspired me to appreciate the beauty they delivered.
