Helped a friend / local fire chief yestetday... He got a new truck, so you know what that means... lol

2014 RAM 1500
Equipment List:
- Feniex Industries Typhoon Full Function Siren Controller (Control head mounted on the drivers side of the center console using a factory pop-our panel, brain mounted inside the center console)
- Feniex Fusion Mini Lightbar, Red
- 4 Feniex T-3s, Red (2 in grill, 2 on LP Bracket on rear LP)
- 2 Whelen Single Talons (non-sync), Red (Outer lower corners of back glass)
- Motorola CDM-1250 Remote Head Mobile Radio (Control head mounted on center console under the HVAC controls, brain mounted under the rear seat)
- Custom fuse panel and relay set mounted under hood (for future expansion)

Here's the just about finished product on our latest project.
Here's what we did:
- Removed old lightbar and replace it with a Whelen 56" WeCan Justice with T/A. WeCan brain mounted in Electrical Compartment in the box.
- Removed old fender lights and replaced them with Whelen LINZ6s
- Removed old grill lights and replaced then with Whelen 700 Series Lightheads
- Added a Whelen 700 Series Lighthead to the upper rear of each side of the box
- Installed a Whelen TAM83 on each side of the box over the center door. Controlled by their own TACTL5 control head (mounted in each center compartment on the upper front wall.
- Nova Industries Strobe Pre-Emption emmiter. Mounted to the windshield behind the back-up camera monitor.
- Installed a back-up camera system. Camera is mounted over the center reverse light on the top rear of the box. Monitor is mounted on the windshield in replace of the RVM.
- 2 Akron LED Work Lights, 1 mounted to the front of the box on each side.

Their members fabricated a custom console that they installed. We installed the following
- Feniex 4200 Switchbox, brain mounted in the electrical compartment in the box
- PowerCall DX5200 Siren
- 2 3-Bank chargers for portable radios.

We also removed about 100+ pounds of unused/dead ended wiring and wire blocks from the box and electrical compartment.

Paint and stripes were done by another one of their members, Billy Zalewski. Body doors and center roll-up door graphics are hand painted.

Here is the Before of our latest project. We were asked to help out a local Fire Company to upgrade lighting on their "New To Them" Utility Truck.
Lighting in this pic is:
Damega 55" Element Lightbar
Damega Element4 LED Heads (2 in Grill, 1 on each Fender)
Whelen 600 Series LED Heads (Side of box)
Whelen 900 Seried LED Heads (Rear of box)
All lighting was run through the electrical panel in the box and activated via 1 of the factory upfitter switches.

We have been EXTREMELY busy, have had basically no time to work on projects due to our work schedule and personal lives, but lately we have been squeezing in a few. Any opportunity we get to work on emergency/personal vehicles to fix/improve/upfit we try and take. So below is a sneak peak of one project we are working on for one of local friends. He owns several fire apparatus, most are from his department. One in particular is the 1967 Ward La France Engine. We are working on restoring the lighting back to way it looked from the factory. The Beacon Ray replaces the Jet sonic bar, and there is just a bit more to do. We will post pics/vid when we complete it. STAY TUNED!

And for Sh*ts & Giggles, I put the 36 on the Durango to see how it looked and to see how well the mags hold. So far, so good... No movement at all... The 36 will most likely be replaced with the 48 once I devise a mounting system...

Since I had the frame, spare blue tops, LED heads and a flasher, I rebuilt a 36" Custom bar... I also put stock metal mount feet on it with a set of 150 # mags...

Since I took the parts from this and made them into a full (48") bar, I decided to make something out of the 36"... Its all made with left over parts that I ...

I did a little updating to the 48" Custom bar... I added some amber to the rear, and cleaned up the lenses. I also got the L32 LED cards back with better blue diodes in them... Lastly I swapped the Fed Sig Intelli-Flasher for a Whelen ULF-44. I'm still messing around with flash patterns, but here's how it sits now...

Well, the 36" Custom Flat-Top MX was a great start... But its now grown to a 48"... lol Its the same set-up as the 36", but I added the internals from a Whelen L32 LED beacon to the center section. So now its a combo of Code3, Whelen, Federal Signal, and Feniex...
