Another custom piece finished up and ready to make a statement.

This Chevron Farmhouse Headboard combines a rustic wood finish with a distressed turquoise accent through the center, giving it plenty of character while keeping that classic farmhouse look. The angled chevron pattern makes each one stand out and can be customized to fit the style of your bedroom, Airbnb, cabin, lodge, or rental property.

Available in all bed sizes, with your choice of dimensions and finish colors. This design can be ordered as a headboard only or as a complete bed, and matching nightstands and dressers can be made to complete the room.

Another custom dining table finished and ready to bring a family together for years to come.

This farmhouse dining table features a herringbone-style top that adds plenty of character while keeping a clean, timeless look. Paired with matching seating, it creates a setup that works just as well for everyday family meals as it does for holidays, gatherings, and entertaining.

At Tarae Woodcraft Designs, our dining tables are made to order and can be customized to fit your home. Another lodge furnished and ready for years of use.

This project took us to Comanche County, Kansas, where we had the opportunity to build custom furniture specifically for this lodge. When you’re furnishing a hunting lodge, cabin, Airbnb, or recreational property, the furniture needs to do more than look good—it needs to be solid, functional, and built to handle a lot of use.

That’s exactly what we aim for with every project.

From custom beds and bedroom furniture to dining tables, coffee tables, entryway pieces, and more, everything can be made specifically for the space, layout, and style of the property.

I really enjoy taking on these larger lodge and rental-property projects where we can furnish multiple rooms and create a consistent look throughout the property.

There’s something special about bringing warmth and character into a space from the ground up

One of my favorite pieces in this Airbnb near the TCU campus in Fort Worth, Texas is this custom farmhouse-style bed I finished while completing multiple rooms throughout the home. From the rich wood tones to the cozy layered bedding, every detail was designed to create a welcoming space that feels both elevated and relaxing after a long day of travel, game days, or exploring the city.

I wanted this room to blend modern comfort with timeless farmhouse charm — warm neutrals, textured finishes, soft lighting, and handcrafted wood elements that make the space feel inviting the moment you walk in. Seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding.

This project was more than decorating a room — it was about creating an experience for guests visiting Fort Worth and the TCU area. Whether it’s families, alumni, students, or travelers coming into town, my goal was to make this Airbnb feel like a peaceful retreat that still has personality and style.
