“We all have scars and bruises but they are not the same“

I mean, the severity of our pains is not the same and everyone handles pains differently.

I feel we should do well to listen to people when they trust us enough to tell us about their pains and stop trying to shut them up with,

“I can understand how you feel”

No one can really understand another's pain(s) even if there is a resemblance in the event(s) that led to the pain or hurt.

Just let them “rant” and even cry all they can and then give them a warm hug when you feel they've done that enough.

Sometimes, that is all they need from us, and not us understanding how they feel.😏

Sometimes things turn out totally different from what we had planned them to be but that is no reason to dwell on it for too long and maybe began to beat and question yourself. Pick up again and attempt it again. Sometimes we just need to try as many times as possible to get it right.

It's a new week, another opportunity to try again. Keep striving.💜
