It's been late nights and getting up at 4:00 am striving to complete my newest painting so it can have it's debut at the Ocean Springs' Spring Arts Festival this weekend. It's my biggest painting yet that I've been talking about doing for a couple years now. I can't wait to show it to you. It's going to be a fabulous weekend full of art, music and Ocean Springs charm. A fun way to kick off Spring for everyone. We will be in booth #405. It's on the corner of Robinson Street and Washington Avenue at the beginning. It's between Miner's Toy Store and Marshall Park. I wanted to create a fun new painting to kick off our new season at the Ballyhoo Art Festival. Watching the Sandpipers along the water's edge brings me so much joy and I wanted to share this heartfelt special moment I witnessed with you. What do you think? Do you have a name for this one? My son Brandon suggested the name of Love Birds. You won't want to miss the Ballyhoo Festival on March 7th & 8th. It has an incredible atmosphere of strolling through fabulous high end artwork while listing to live music and actually seeing indians perform in their full colorful attire. Hope to see you there! It's one of my favorite art festivals of the year.

Super excited about going to my home town of Ocean Springs, MS for the Peter Anderson Festival in just a couple of days. I'll have some brand new framed pieces of artwork to be debuted at this fair. I'm in the 400's section on Washington Ave close to the food booths. Hope to see you there!

I've had so many ask me if I've ever painted an octopus? I'm super excited to be able to debut my latest painting that I'm just putting finishing touches on for the Jubilee Art Festival in Daphne, AL this weekend! This little guy needs a name. What would you name it? I had so much fun researching all about the octopus and their incredible abilities as a master of disguise for my inspiration for this piece.

Some have been asking "What have you been painting?" Well. I'm thrilled to announce that this one is finally complete. I'll be debuting my latest painting this Saturday at the Ocean Springs Art Walk. I'll be at 801 Washington Ave. on the side of Chandeleur Outfitters. I'm so excited! He doesn't have a name yet ~ Do you have any suggestions?

Well hello there! Do you have a name for my latest painting of a Lionfish? It's so exciting showing my artwork in the hometown where I grew up. Ocean Springs' Spring Arts Festival is scheduled for March 22-23, where I will be showcasing this brand new original painting of a Lionfish as well as other new art pieces. I can't wait for you to see them. 🙂 The Arts Festival like a Peter Anderson Art Show on a smaller very enjoyable scale. It's not as crowded and you'll love the artistic viibe. Hope to see you there.

I’m thrilled to announce that I just completed a New Original Painting 🎨 as of midnight last night. I can’t wait for its debut at the Orange Beach Fine Arts Festival. It’s this weekend at the gorgeous 3 story Arts Culture Center overlooking the water. It was voted the #1 art show in USA Today 3 out of 5 years. You’re going to love this one. Hope to see you there.

As an artist you always hope others find the beauty in what you create and it’s in the back of your mind wondering if they will as you wake up to paint 🎨 at 5 am til sometimes late in the evening trying to portray the beauty you see in something. I’m happy to say that both of my original dolphin paintings are going to fabulous new homes from Fine Arts Festival. One lady said she had been wanting to acquire one of my originals and was thrilled when she saw it and a gentleman who presented me with an award last year from the Mayor’s office of Gulf Shores came back this year and purchased the large dolphin one with his wife. They said they had been looking for a dolphin painting and really liked it. We also had some repeat customers come back to get more artwork because they loved the ones they had purchased in the past. It’s such an honor and I’m continually humbled by all your kind words. This young precious girl came up to me and told me that my booth was her favorite because of all the textures and colors. I told her that she’ll never know how much that truly means to me. 🥰

It makes my day to receive a picture from a happy customer. She said that now her new place feels like home since she hung her new picture of "Two Blue Heron's Courting". I think it looks spectacular there. Happy New Year everyone!

This just makes me smile from ear to ear. :) Another happy customer sent me a picture of their new artwork hanging in their home. This seahorse has a beautiful new home and she has commissioned me to paint a lion fish for one of her bedrooms to hang over the bed. They like to scuba dive and I am excited about the challenge so be looking for it to coming soon...
