Can you add wallpaper to textured walls?

👉🏽Unfortunately Wallpaper should not be applied directly to textured walls
👉🏽Before the process: Taupe textured walls and a dated ceiling fan were welcoming an update
👉🏽First the walls needed to be prepped and smoothed:
👉🏽 And then the ceiling
👉🏽After the plaster was applied and sanded, the walls were primed to receive the wallpaper
👉🏽 Ceiling paint was applied
👉🏽It was time for a fixture update too (Cute , affordable Amazon purchase)
👉🏽The room was then ready to receive it’s new wallpaper
👉🏽First the paste was applied
👉🏽And then the wallpaper
👉🏽Wow, I really went BOLD friends !!!!!
👉🏽And I love it!
This former bedroom is now my creative space.
Instead of an offsite design studio, I easily transformed one of our existing spaces… Instead of driving across town 🚗 I now go down the hallway, hook a right turn ⤵️and here I am!
