At First Responder Blinds, we specialize in:
• Blinds
• Plantation Shutters
• Shades
• Motorized Window Treatments
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
✔ Meet with homeowners and businesses
✔ Build customer relationships
✔ Measure windows and recommend solutions
✔ Create estimates and help close sales
Installer Responsibilities:
✔ Install blinds, shutters, and shades
✔ Deliver high-quality workmanship
✔ Maintain professionalism in customers’ homes
✔ Problem solve and represent our company well
What we’re looking for:
✅ Willing to be teachable
✅ Positive attitude
✅ Dependable and self-motivated
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Attention to detail
✅ Experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
✅ Valid driver’s license
