Pa taught him how to build, make, and craft with wood. Pa passed away several years ago, but Matt carries on his legacy through Sons of Sawdust. Matt appreciates history, and has a passion for salvaging what has been lost,

or overlooked and repurposing it. This is what makes Sons of Sawdust a perfect fit for Matt, because half of his time is spent hunting down old barns built in the late 1800's and the other half of his time is spent reviving this wood and giving it new life once again.
