Over the past few months, we’ve been on an incredible journey to strengthen what makes Sportradar a trailblazer — our Winning Culture.

In partnership with Jenewein Group, we brought together more than 150 colleagues across five global workshops:

🇸🇮 Ljubljana
🇦🇹 Vienna

Each session created space for open conversation, reflection, shared purpose, and tangible actions. Together, we explored how we think, decide, and connect — and how each of us can shape the culture we want to see.
