🏦 B&G Blinds Continues to Grow in the Banking Industry!

We’re proud to see B&G Blinds’ presence in the banking and financial sector continue to expand. Today, we have more than 10 active bank projects under contract, working with some of the most recognized names in the industry.

Our current banking portfolio includes projects for M&T Bank, PNC Bank, JPMorgan Chase, AFCU, Citizens Bank, EagleBank, and many more.

From individual branch renovations and new locations to larger banking facilities, B&G Blinds is providing complete commercial window treatment packages based on each project’s specifications, including:

🏫 PROJECT UPDATE | YELLOW SPRINGS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Another milestone in the books for B&G Blinds!

Our team has officially completed the installation of all manual roller shades at Yellow Springs Elementary School for MCN Build . The manual shades feature Draper At Home roller shade systems, and we’re proud to see this phase of the project wrapped up.

Next week, our team will return to complete the Draper At Home IO single motorized roller shades, which will officially finalize B&G Blinds’ window treatment scope on the project.

From manual shades throughout the school to motorized solutions in key spaces, we’re excited to put the finishing touches on another educational project and deliver it across the finish line.

Our team has officially completed the installation of SWFcontract 1" Aluminum Blinds at the new Kalahari Resorts Spotsylvania Resort & Convention Center in Virginia.

It’s always exciting to be part of a project of this size and scale, and we’re proud to have B&G Blinds represented on another major Virginia construction project.

🏗️ NEW PROJECT AWARD | LAKEWOOD HYBRID HOMES – RICHMOND, VA

B&G Blinds is excited to announce another new contract, this time teaming up with the Hourigan/Warfel Joint Venture on the expansion of Lakewood, a LifeSpire of Virginia senior living community in Richmond’s West End!

The next phase of Lakewood’s expansion will bring 70 new independent-living Hybrid Homes across five new buildings to its beautiful 128-acre campus. These unique residences are designed to combine the privacy and spaciousness of cottage-style living with the convenience and community of apartment living.

B&G Blinds’ scope will include the furnishing and installation of ONE THOUSAND SWF Contract 2" Wood Faux Blinds throughout the project.

We’re proud to add another Richmond-area project to our growing portfolio and especially excited for the opportunity to work alongside the Hourigan/Warfel team.

🚨 NEW PROJECT AWARD | B&G BLINDS LLC x CLARK CONSTRUCTION 🚨

Another one added to the board! 💪🔥

B&G Blinds LLC is proud to announce our newest project award with Clark Construction Group at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Maryland!

This major healthcare project includes construction of a new four-story, approximately 112,000-square-foot medical facility on the Towson campus — another significant investment in the future of healthcare here in the Baltimore region.

B&G Blinds will be furnishing and installing Inpro cubicle curtain systems throughout the project, continuing to expand our healthcare portfolio and our relationship with one of the biggest and most respected general contractors in the country.

From hospitals and medical centers to schools, universities, multifamily developments, government facilities and everything in between — B&G Blinds continues to prove that our capabilities go far beyond roller shades.

We’re especially excited about this one because it’s right here in our backyard. Another major Baltimore-area project. Another top-tier GC. Another opportunity for our team to deliver. 💪

🚧 Another Historic Project Underway! 🏛️

The B&G Blinds team has officially mobilized this week at the historic Ellicott Mill in Ellicott City, Maryland, and we're excited to be part of bringing another iconic landmark back to life.

Originally built on the site of the first merchant flour mill in the United States, dating back to the 1770s, the current eight-story mill has been a fixture along the Patapsco River for more than a century. Today, this incredible adaptive reuse project is transforming the historic structure into a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring luxury apartments, retail space, a destination restaurant, and public historical exhibits—all while preserving the character that has made it a Maryland landmark for generations.

We're proud to be working with and one of our many valued industry partners to help bring this remarkable redevelopment across the finish line. Projects like these remind us why we love what we do—combining modern window treatment solutions with buildings that have stood the test of time.

Thank you to Southway Builders and our project partners for the opportunity. We can't wait to share progress as this incredible piece of Maryland history enters its next chapter.
