All of a sudden, moving in feels like it was the easy part 😳

If you’ve moved in and the place just doesn’t feel right yet, you’re not alone. For a lot of new homeowners, furnishings are treated as an afterthought 😢

Furnishing a home takes real time. And trying to rush it leads to what I call the “rush it, hate it” spiral 😵‍💫

The house has an echo, so you make sacrifices just to get stuff in there 🙈

That’s a recipe for replacements, returns, and serious overwhelm 👎

Where is everybody tho??? 👷‍♀️🔨🔩

It’s an eerie feeling when you walk in to the sound of silence at a construction site 👀 no buzzing drills, no hammering, no rock music on full blast (iykyk 😝)

In all reality, this project is moving along QUICKLY. I am so excited to see this GRO Parade of Homes project come to life over the next few short months! 🙌

I’m genuinely curious... do you ever wonder if hiring an interior designer is actually what you need? 🤔

I think it’s one of the most common points of confusion in the design industry 👀

People will reach out all the time looking for a personal shopper, not a designer, and there’s nothing wrong with that. They’re just different things 🤷‍♀️

(and if this is you, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction, btw! 🫶)

The biggest indicator? Ask yourself: do you want someone to lead the vision for your space, or someone to execute the vision you already have?

That one question will tell you almost everything 👌
