The sun finally showed up today after that ugly cold snap, and wow… I felt it 🌞

I got the statice in the ground, and it honestly felt like a deep breath after holding it for way too long. Warm sunshine on your back, dirt in your hands… everything just feels a little lighter again.

After days of gray and cold, today was a reminder that seasons do shift even when it feels like they’re dragging on forever.

Lately I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting, and I want to share something honestly with you all.

I’ve been struggling with perfectionism. It’s kept me quiet, second-guessing, and holding back from showing up here the way I truly want to. I’ve told myself things need to look a certain way, sound a certain way, *be* a certain way before I share them… and that’s just not who I am. And it’s definitely not what Little Dream Blooms is about.

This space, this business, was built from love, from connection, from the simple joy of growing something beautiful and sharing it with others. Not from being perfect.

I don’t want to keep comparing myself to other people or other businesses. I want to create and share freely. I want to let things be real, a little messy, a little imperfect and full of heart.

So this is me, stepping back into this space with a different mindset. Less pressure, more presence. Less perfection, more authenticity.

Hey friends 🌸

I wanted to share why things have been a little quiet around Little Dream Blooms lately. My dad passed away very unexpectedly, and it’s been a heavy season for my family.

Flowers continue to bring me comfort and purpose, and I’m grateful to still be growing and sharing them with you. I’m happy to say I will be offering flower subscriptions again this year, and I’m really looking forward to the season ahead.

As we move into this new year, I’d appreciate all the positive energy you can send my way. ✨️ Be on the lookout for upcoming posts with subscription details and how to get my flowers.

What began as a dream has grown (quite literally!) into a colorful life filled with Ranunculus in spring, Zinnias in summer, and heartfelt connections all year long.

Every bloom I grow is a labor of love, tended by hand and arranged with intention. 🌿✨ Say hello to Bupleurum — the quiet star of the summer bouquets at Little Dream Blooms!

This airy, whimsical greenery adds the perfect touch of movement and magic to arrangements. With its delicate yellow-green blooms and graceful stems, bupleurum brings softness, lightness, and a wild, garden-gathered feeling to everything it touches.

I love using it as a filler, but honestly… it’s a standout all on its own. It pairs beautifully with just about everything — peonies, cosmos, lisianthus, snapdragons — and gives each bouquet a naturally lush, effortless look.

It’s one of those flowers that reminds us: sometimes the most beautiful things are also the most subtle. 💛
