I make HAPPY ART! :D
Contemporary/Modern Artist
Infusing happiness and intrigue into the world with color, texture a little bit of weirdness 😘 Can seeing and touching my art help them to feel empowered?)
2. It has to be touchable. It just has to, no exceptions! My art pieces are about feelings/emotions of everyday life. Feelings, thoughts, emot
ions we all go through every single day. Making associations with our feelings and color is what I am passionate about. I believe that colors and shapes can affect our mood and that it provokes a psychic vibration, so I keep that belief in the forefront of every piece I make. I won’t paint you a portrait or a landscape, but I will make a piece of art for you about the way you felt at a certain time. Immortalizing that “feeling” into the art I make, is what I love to do. I bring textures, layers and components together on my pieces in a way that may not have been thought of before. Each piece is unique, bringing a sense of "happy" and "awe" to the brain. Like most artists, I've been making art for as long as I can remember. It always gave me a sense of just "being". As if I was doing what I was born to do. At some point I became obsessed with tactile art, I hated the fact that you couldn't touch pieces in the museums. I started making 3d art for my Dadi (paternal grandmother), who couldn't see very well. The smile I could put on her face with my tactile creations was/are unforgettable. I believe art is for EVERYONE, people with impaired vision should also be able to enjoy art. From then on, I started making 3d pieces with plasticine, found objects, paper, or anything I could get my hands on.
