PRACTICING NONJUDGEMENT
One of the greatest lessons I have learned while on my ascension journey has been to practice nonjudgement. My experiences interacting with the quantum field have allowed me to understand that there are various layers, perspectives, and variables that make up a certain experience. Things are not always as they seem, and one perspective is not the entire perspective. It is for this reason that I’ve been trained to practice neutrality as much as possible, to honor all perspectives as equal parts of the whole.
For example, in learning about my “past” lives, I’ve come to understand how I not only experienced pain, but how I’ve caused it as well, and how I had been taking turns playing roles of victim and perpetrator with other actors for lifetimes. I had to confront the fact that I chose to have certain experiences based on what I had agreed to in my soul contracts. Being initiated into the light and dark realms, I also witnessed a variety of different distortions, false programming, interferences, and nefarious actors and how they all negatively influenced the nature of earth’s reality. I saw how those that had unresolved trauma were the ones most susceptible to these distortions and could be used like puppets by rogue dark entities to cause great harm to others and themselves without their conscious consent. I also learned that not everyone upheld their end of the deal when it came to certain soul agreements as well, and thus violated universal laws — and all of this is just the tip of the iceberg!
Learning these things and much more has afforded me the opportunity to experience greater compassion and nonjudgement: I recognize that I do not know the full extent of which actions were done out of free will and which weren’t, and exactly how much self-awareness the person that committed the action actually had (*let it be clear that you can practice compassion and nonjudgement, and also maintain strong boundaries and have self respect).
The complexity of all of this continues to boggle my mind sometimes. As the days pass, more and more distortions are being unraveled and truths are being revealed as to the nature of certain events (and all the layers, variables, and actors that were at play in the creation of it). This is leading to major healing and resolution for all involved, as the “blindfolds” are coming off and everyone is able to finally see and understand what truly happened without any lies or facades.
Below is a channeled message from my higher self and the Galactic Federation about this matter, which I hope brings about more clarity for you all:
“The importance of letting go with no judgement pertains to the fact that for many, this life is the culmination of all lives that have been lived on earth. This involves the themes of all these lives being played out once more in close succession to close down toxic karmic cycles and unending loops once and for all, in order to finally graduate from your most important human lessons. It is with this recognition that one must let go of all judgements towards another and towards oneself.
To fully let go and ascend to a higher frequency octave, it is important to integrate both the light and dark components and aspects within oneself, and to acknowledge that in another without casting blame or holding onto rancor. This is because for many, both sides have taken turns of playing out the role of victim and perpetrator for lifetimes — both have cast judgement and received judgement, both have betrayed and been betrayed.
That is not to say that there are no consequences to dire actions. There is. However, these consequences can only be overseen by God, for there have been many factors at play throughout earth’s history, many of which were in direct violation of the cosmic laws. Not everyone on earth had complete free will, and there were those that were influenced and manipulated by other forces of malicious intent to commit serious wrongdoings and inflict harm on starseeds and on other innocent parties.
It is for these reasons that no one should judge. Only the soul and God alone know what soul contracts were at play in the making of an experience, the true intentions of the soul in question, and the degree of free will the soul had in the making of certain decisions (and what, if any, interference took place and what the effects of that were in the experience that played out).”
