Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:
• 12 fresh strawberries
• 1 cup semisweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup melted butter

1 ½ cups chopped pecans
For the caramel glaze:

½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp heavy cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
Extra pecans for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Fold in chopped pecans.
