client to provide and individualized a design plan that fits each clients personality, lifestyle and budget and incorporates it into a cohesive design plan that is perfectly suited to there needs. Heather has recently focused her work on the needs of homeowners looking to sell their homes quickly and for top dollar in a challenging real estate market. As a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) she has access to a wide range of membership benefits and adheres to the highest standards of ethics in real estate staging. She works with individual homeowners and top realtors in the Hampton roads area to showcase a clients properties best assets for resale. Heather has also worked on event design ranging from private parties at clients homes to large scale events for companies with over 400 guests in attendance. With 17 plus years in the Navy and still going, she also offers a 20% military discount for clients who are planning command or military association events and a 15% military discount on all other services. Along with spring cleaning why not also do some spring painting. Also a fresh coat of paint is hands down the first thing I always suggest to sellers when preparing to list. If your not the DIY type your local SW store has plenty of local painters they can put you in touch with. Also if your looking for some inspiration on paint colors one of my favorite pass times is to check out new construction model homes, if you like what you see ask what colors are on the walls. The builders hire professionals and these designers know what sells. Happy Painting!
