Bring your classic car, truck, boat, or motorcycle, or bring the whole family out for live music, local food vendors, raffles, kids’ train rides, and the 3 pm police-escorted cruise.

True high-end craftsmanship means honoring the bones of a 230-year-old home while integrating the flawless finishes today’s homeowners expect. Spanning 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a partially finished lower level across 5,900 square feet, every square inch of this Long Island estate reflects our 40-year commitment to building excellence on the East End.

Fine weather, exceptional company, and a worthy cause at the 21st Annual AIA Peconic Golf & Dinner Fundraiser.

GDC was proud to sponsor this year’s event at Gardiner’s Bay Country Club. Out on the links, Greg D. and Bob Cuthel shared a great round alongside architects David Harvey and Greg Tietjen, connecting with colleagues and friends from across the East End.

Thank you, AIA Peconic, for another exceptional event dedicated to strengthening our architectural community.

Did you know 20 Union Street in Sag Harbor served as the summer White House for President Chester A. Arthur back in 1881? Breathing new life into a structure originally built in 1796 required a deep respect for history paired with uncompromising modern ex*****on. Our complete restoration of this estate honors centuries of architectural legacy while delivering the pinnacle of Hamptons living.

Working with the design team, we preserved the soul of this landmark property down to the last detail.

Strong foundations go beyond the structures we build; they start with the youth in our community.

As a proud sponsor, we were honored to join this year’s Generation S.O.S. Summer Celebration in Water Mill. Featuring a deeply moving dialogue between Actor Jason Biggs and Grammy Award-winning Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Drummer, Chad Smith, the evening highlighted the life-changing impact of open conversations around youth mental health and addiction prevention.

Thank you to the entire team at Generation S.O.S. for your relentless dedication to empowering our youth.

At Greg D’Angelo Construction, we believe that showing up matters, whether it’s on a job site or the golf course.

We were proud to participate in the Timothy Hill 17th Annual Ironman Golf Tournament, a unique endurance fundraiser that supports their mission of providing a sanctuary for homeless and at-risk youth.

Thanks to our network’s incredible support, we raised nearly $13,000 toward this vital cause. It was an honor to celebrate with the Hill family – Thaddaeus, Emily, Ellie, and Mia – and to see the tangible impact their work continues to have on so many young lives. ConstructionWithACause

It’s not every day you get to bring a vision to life for a project of this scale. Honored to have served as the builder for Andy Cohen’s incredible new Hamptons residence, recently featured in Architectural Digest.

Earlier this month, the GDC team had the pleasure of attending the BIRDHAUS event.

The level of creativity and craftsmanship showcased throughout the event was nothing short of inspiring. Organized by LaGuardia Design Group and sponsored by Cottages & Gardens, the exhibition featured one-of-a-kind birdhouses designed by some of our region's top architects and artisans. The miniature homes were auctioned off to benefit The Madoo Conservancy and its mission of promoting horticulture and the arts. It’s always inspiring to see our local architecture and design community come together for such a great cause.

We put as much heart into the hidden aspects of a job as we do with what you can see, because a project is only as good as the details you don’t see.

With floodplain regulations in mind, this five-level home rises above, offering breathtaking views and creating a beautiful flow from one room to the next. Precision. Craftsmanship. Beauty that lasts.
