I'm really irritated that someone says they want to buy a product, then I give the payment method excepted for payment. Then they come back and ask for extra information, saying its required to may payment, which is usually my email address. This is not required for Cash App or Zelle or PayPal. This is what scammers use, per the information I received from each of those apps. Just a heads up.

Today working on another of my favorite things to do. I just got a new 23 qt electric canner. I only used as a water bath canner, did some jars of water to make sure I was doing everything correct. I like the feature of heating your jars up, before filling them, it lets you know when their done. but its set on a dial and does all the timing itself, so it seems quite long to do that. But I think when I do the canning it will be a little different and I won't have to sit there and watch the pressure guage.
