5 years ago today! Corgis are so fun to paint!

I love getting to create these little paintings of woodland creatures for y’all! 🦝🤎 This frame plaque is such a fun way to showcase them, too!

This one was made for someone who really loves raccoons, and I had so much fun bringing this little guy to life. 🎨

I definitely need to paint more woodland creatures! What should I do next? 👀

🦆🤎 A little duck plaque update!

With all the interest this painting has received, I’m going to be re-creating it for a couple of people who wanted the chance to purchase one! 🥹

If you’ve been wanting one of your own, I’m making a supply run this weekend and would absolutely love to re-create one for you, too!

✨ Send me a DM or comment below if you’re interested so I can add you to my list!

Thank you all SO much for the love and support for Smart Rustics. It truly means the world to me! 🤎🎨

✨SOLD✨
A little behind-the-scenes look at a piece that didn’t even make it to the shop before finding its new home. 🤎🦌

This whitetail buck was created as a companion piece to the mallard duck plaque I recently shared. I truly loved the way this one came together — from the details in his antlers to the soft, natural tones throughout the painting.

It’s always such a compliment when a piece sells before I even get the chance to officially share it. Thank you for supporting my art and allowing me to keep creating pieces inspired by the beauty of the outdoors.

This one has officially found its home, but more original artwork is coming soon. 🤍

Apparently, we’re ALL a little obsessed with mallards right now… and honestly, I’m not mad about it. 🦆

This wooden mallard plaque was my little Tropical Storm Eduardo project while we were stuck without power—and I’m kind of obsessed with how it turned out!

If you’ve been looking for an excuse to join the mallard craze, this one is AVAILABLE for purchase! 👀🦆

🤎 $25 — hand-painted, one-of-a-kind, and ready to find its new home!

Message me if this little guy needs to come home with you!

So proud to have painted this sign for such a sweet friend! 🤍 This one holds a little extra meaning for me because it’s a reminder of how grateful I am for people who show up when you need them and help without hesitation.

The Fowlers are truly some of the kindest, most selfless people, and I’m so thankful to have them in my life. Rachel, I can’t wait to see this in your booth! 🤍

I did go to art school for a little bit… but honestly, most of what I know came from trial, error, and absolutely RUINING a few canvases along the way 😂🎨 You just gotta keep going until something finally looks right!

✨ A little Smart Rustics update! ✨

As I’ve been healing from a severe case of shingles and the lingering nerve pain that came along with it, I’ve been taking things a little slower than usual. ❤️‍🩹

I’m using the month of August to catch up on artwork that I wasn’t able to work on over the past three weeks while I was sick. Because of that, you may notice that some of the artwork I’ll be sharing over the next few weeks is from clients who placed their orders before I got sick.

I’m happy to say that I plan to begin accepting new commissions starting September 1st! 🎨✨

I’ll also be sharing this year’s Christmas ornaments very soon, so keep an eye out for those! 🎄

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support while I’ve been recovering. It truly means more to me than you know. ❤️
