🌽🍞 Corn Bread

I know this is NOT your typical cornbread photo. 😂

My husband insisted on having a SUPER SWEET cornbread with chili tonight.

He went to the store to grab yellow cornmeal—bless his heart, he came home with yellow corn polenta instead. 🤣

We said, “Oh well…let’s try it anyway!”

Welp…turns out my cast iron skillet wasn’t seasoned 🙈 So, pie dish it is! 😆

Then I got distracted doing some task and almost burned the bread. 🤦‍♀️😂

Somehow, through all the chaos, we ended up with cornbread! And honestly…not too bad! 😂🌽

Banana Cinnamon Roll Muffins

I almost didn't post these, because lets be honest, the recipe was tricky and they don't look pretty 😅

Husband said to make again, so I would say that is a win 🏆
