Some clients need ✨ specificity! Other clients get overwhelmed by an abundance of small details. For this client she asked that we create permanent spaces for every toy, including labeling what shelf to put it back on! I of course was happy to do this and am happy to create a system that is tailored to you and your family, every if you’re a neurodiverse family.

Sometimes the best systems are the simplest and most affordable! This client and I talked about using a lazy Susan, bins, or a tiered riser and we decided that all her family need was the items categorized and labeled in a subtle way. Label are my absolute favorite tool for maintaining a system (especially if you’re busy, neurodivergent, and/or have a large household!)

This! As an I sometimes get clients that are not clinically diagnosed with However! Often strategies used to help with clients will ALSO help clients who are but who also struggle with Further, neurodivergent people are not a monolith! Every person is different especially as it relates to processing and functioning, so I do my best to continue to check in with clients to make sure the systems we create work best for *them* and their unique circumstances

Finally getting to share some long archived before and afters! I have been working so much lately and transparently going through a lot in my personal life ( ) but I am determined to share some more projects more often with you guys! In this pantry project, my client really wanted matching airtight containers because she is on a specific diet and her food used to go to waste when she could not see it. We also needed a way to better utilize about 2 feet of extra upper space that was hidden beyond the doorway. So we added more shelves! We also wanted everything off the floor so she could store her trash and recycling bins when they were not in use.

to one of my first kitchen projects (that I actually documented 😅🥴) This client has been with me for almost two years and I can’t wait to share more from their most recent project —moving, home system set-up, and space planning!
