No bake Chocolate Eclair Cake 😋😋
Ingredients
2 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping (COOL WHIP) thawed
3 cups milk
2 sleeves graham cracker squares
1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip.
In an 9 x 13 baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom. You may have to break them up a bit to get enough crackers to cover the bottom of your dish.
Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the crackers.
Layer another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
Then layer the other half of the pudding mixture on top of crackers.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Put plastic wrap over dish and put in fridge for about 30 min to an hour to allow pudding to set.
When ready, put the tub of chocolate frosting in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften (remove lid and aluminum foil top before microwaving).
Take out and stir frosting. It should be easily spreadable now.
Remove plastic wrap from dish and evenly spread chocolate frosting all over the top layer of graham crackers.
Place plastic wrap over top of dish and put back in fridge and let it chill overnight.
This dessert gets better over time. The graham crackers need plenty of time to soften up.
When ready, slice and serve!

Cabbage Soup - Don't Lose This !!!
This is very healthy and so delicious 😋
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
Add the onion, celery, and garlic and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage and stir to combine.
Pour in the vegetable broth and diced tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve the soup warm. Enjoy!

For those who love Reuben sandwiches. Reuben in a skillet! Cornbeef, sauerkraut with swiss cheese. Plus thousand island dressing to top it off! 1 net carb!!!
Update:
1. Thanks for all the likes and comments, I hope you will like this dish as much as I did!
2. Recipe for those who can't scroll through the comments.
Cook corned beef brisket in the crockpot for 8hrs on low. I mixed some brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce and the seasoning packet that comes with the beef and spread it on top. In a skillet melt some butter and fry up a jar of sauerkraut, add cooked corned beef with some juices from the crockpot and mix it together. Place swiss cheese on top to melt. That is it! So easy!
3. I made my own thousand island dressing by mixing mayo, brown mustard, diced pickle, pickle juice, garlic powder and paprika.

Honey Bacon Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
6 slices bacon (chopped)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
Scatter the chopped bacon pieces over the potatoes.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and Parmesan cheese (if using) and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 40 minutes | Total Time: 50 min

Tonight’s dinner. So easy to make.
2-3 chicken breasts; cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes
2 cans green beans(I used 1 1/2 cans)
1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix
1 melted stick of butter
Place chicken, potatoes and beans in pan. Then sprinkle Italian pack over everything then drizzle the butter over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for an hour and 10 minutes.
There were no leftovers.

"Old school spaghetti" ? 😋🔥
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup minced yellow onion
1 packet dry spaghetti sauce mix
56 ounces whole tomatoes, undrained (2-28 ounce cans )
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 pound spaghetti
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with minced onions. Be sure to smash beef into small pieces while cooking.
While meat is cooking, prepare tomatoes. Remove whole tomatoes from can and dice them to your preferred size (keep the tomato juice in the can for the next step).
Add diced tomatoes and juice from tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
Stir the mixture together well.
When meat is done, drain any fat. Stir in dry spaghetti sauce mix.
Add tomato mixture to meat and stir together.
Bring to a slow boil. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
While the meat/tomato mixture is simmering, prepare spaghetti noodles according to package directions and drain.
When sauce is thickened, stir cooked pasta in.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve and enjoy.
