Steak, Scallops, and Asparagus with Mashed Potatoes 🥩🌿✨

Ingredients:

For the Steak:
- 1 pound filet mignon or sirloin steak, cut into medallions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Scallops:
- 1/2 pound large scallops, cleaned and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

For the Asparagus:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:
- 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. **Cook the Mashed Potatoes:**
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Directions:

Zesty Cajun Butter Salmon 🐟🔥

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Season salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
