Oakdayle Cleaning Services is looking for a Client Outreach & Marketing Assistant to help find and connect with potential new residential and commercial cleaning clients.

This is a very flexible, mostly remote contract position for approximately 3–5 hours per week to start.

I’m looking for someone who can help research and identify potential local clients, including property managers, realtors, apartment complexes, Airbnb owners, contractors, offices, salons, and other businesses within about 20 miles of Washington, PA.

Responsibilities would include researching qualified leads, sending personalized outreach, following up, tracking contacts in a spreadsheet, and letting me know when someone is interested in pricing or an estimate. Occasional local flyer/information packet drop-offs may also be helpful.

Experience in lead generation, marketing, virtual assistance, sales outreach, or small-business support is preferred, but not required.

🧼 OAKDAYLE CLEANING FUN FACT! 🚽✨

When was the last time you replaced your toilet brush? 👀😳

A good rule of thumb is every 3–6 months, or sooner if the bristles are worn, discolored, have dark spots, rust, or just aren’t coming clean anymore.

And if someone in the house has had a nasty stomach bug 🤢 it’s not a bad idea to toss that brush and start fresh!

Quick cleaning tip: Rinse your brush well after using it and let it dry before putting it back in the holder. Keeping a wet toilet brush trapped in there is basically giving germs their own little apartment. 😭😂

Sometimes it’s not just what you clean, your cleaning tools need cleaned and replaced too! 🧼✨
