My grandma passed away this year. She was born in 1928. My first time antique shopping after she passed, I found this whimsy matchstick holder.

Our family snuck away to the Thumb this weekend for some fresh air and salt-free water. We stumbled across a couple vintage + antique shops and had a blast at the Retro Arcade 🕹️ I got my hands on the Street Fighter machine, Mario + Tetris 🤘

The views were beautiful. Lake Huron gave us lots of refreshing moments. But being all together was the best part.

School starts tomorrow, and with the Rabbit Hole expansion on the horizon, plus Tool Team projects kicking off… I’m in for a busy few weeks!

This weekend was the perfect reset and reminder to find space to breath and prioritize my little family 🫶✨

Tiny Artifact + Tool Team Home Solutions collab ✨
This was such a fun one! 🎨

Leah from Tiny Artifact is a Rabbit Hole customer, so when she decided to create a studio of her very own, she reached out and I was so excited to help bring it to life with Tool Team Home Solutions

From paint colors and furniture sourcing to layout decisions, styling and handyman services, we worked together to get Tiny Artifacts ready for the best part: making it hers.

Stay connected with Leah at Tiny Artifacts as she settles in and starts planning her first events and workshops. I can’t wait to see what she creates here!

This little space has seen so many versions of Ironside over the last three years. From my office to my booth, three different paint colors, countless vintage finds, and a whole lot of experimenting along the way.

It gave me a place to explore my style, figure out what Ironside wanted to be, change my mind a few times, and fill every available inch with things I love.

Now I’m packing it all up again as I get ready to move into two new spaces at The Rabbit Hole, and I’m feeling more nostalgic about it than I expected. There’s something bittersweet about taking apart a space that has grown right alongside you.

But change has always been part of Ironside, and I’m very ready for this next version. More room, more vintage, more clothing, more weird little treasures, and plenty of ideas I probably haven’t even had yet.

Goodbye, little booth. You were a good one. 🤎
