This one was a game changer ✨

When we first toured this 1975 townhouse, I knew the layout needed to work harder for everyday life — especially when it came to laundry. Moving it from the basement up to the second floor (right where the bedrooms are!) has truly been life changing (no more running up and down stairs 🙌).

We also kept the finishes clean and timeless with classic subway tile, soft hex flooring, and a calming green-gray that makes the whole space feel light and fresh.

Proof that sometimes the biggest impact isn’t just how a space looks — it’s how it functions.

It’s easy to get caught up in the pretty parts of a remodel, the tile, the paint, the finishes.

But the decisions that really shape your home?
They happen much earlier.

This is where having a clear plan makes all the difference. When those foundational choices are made with intention, everything that follows feels more cohesive, more elevated, and honestly… a lot less stressful.

I always tell my clients, the goal isn’t just a beautiful end result, it’s a process that feels smooth and makes sense from start to finish.
