🍋🍋Lemon Bars🍋🍋
Crispy and buttery crust filled with bright and fresh lemon and cream cheese...what a yummy treat! Our Lemon Icebox Pie Cheesecake Mix gives such a delicious all-natural lemon flavor, without all the work of squeezing fresh lemons! Ingredients:
1 package Carmie’s Kitchen Lemon Icebox Pie Cheesecake Mix, divided
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar

Spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.�Press 1/2 can crescent roll dough into the bottom of the pan, making sure to cover entire bottom of dish.�Mix cream cheese, Lemon Icebox Pie mix (minus 1 tsp) and vanilla using an electric mixer. Spread over crescent roll dough layer.�Place the other half of dough over the cream cheese mixture.
Brush melted butter on top. Mix together remaining 1 tsp Lemon Mix with sugar and sprinkle over the butter.�Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees about 30 minutes-until golden brown. Allow to cool completely and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. These taste even better the next day...if you can wait!
Carmie’s Tip: Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on top of the cream cheese layer before baking. You could also substitute our Key Lime Pie mix.
