Boat Dip! RECIPE BELOW🌢️
It’s the crowd-pleasing dip that takes 5-minutes to make.

How I make it…
16 ounces sour cream
10 ounces rotel, drained
3 tablespoons taco seasoning (you choose spice level, I like mild)
2 cups shredded cheese, divided
2 tablespoons green onion, sliced

1. Mix the sour cream with the drained rotel, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
2. Spoon into a small dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese and green onion.
3. Serve with tortilla chips right away or refrigerate for up to 3 days (great for make-ahead party prep).

Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Sourdough
Ingredients
Garlic Butter
3 sticks salted butter, softened
20 garlic cloves
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper
Oil (for confit garlic)
Bread & Cheese
2 loaves sourdough bread
8 oz freshly grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Confit the Garlic
Add garlic cloves to a small pan and cover with oil.
Cook over low heat for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and very soft.
Remove and let cool.
2. Make the Garlic Butter
Add roasted garlic, softened butter, parsley, Parmesan, and black pepper to a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a zip-top bag and snip the corner for easy piping.
3. Slice the Sourdough
Using a serrated knife, slice each loaf every 1/2 inch.
Do not cut all the way through β€” leave about 1/2 inch connected at the base.
4. Stuff the Bread
Add about 1 tsp mozzarella between each slice.
Pipe garlic butter into every cut.
Brush extra garlic butter over the top.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
5. Bake
Bake in a 350Β°F (175Β°C) oven or grill using indirect heat.
Cook for 25–30 minutes until:
cheese is melted,
bread is golden,
edges are crispy.
6. Serve
Serve hot while the cheese is stretchy and butter is melted.
