☕🍂 A cool breeze on a Sunday afternoon in Florida? Well, don’t mind if I do!

Sitting back, sipping on my fancy coffee, and enjoying this little taste of fall while it lasts. Because we all know Florida weather has commitment issues. 😂🍁

Sometimes a slow Sunday afternoon is just what you need!

What’s everybody up to today? Relaxing, getting things done, or pretending tomorrow isn’t Monday? 🤣

🌸 Sunday’s Thrifted Treasure Has a Story to Tell! 🌸

One of my favorite things about thrifting is finding pieces that make me wonder about their history. And this lovely lady certainly has me curious! 💕

Dressed in her beautiful pale blue gown with two elegant borzoi-like dogs at her feet, she’s full of old-fashioned charm.

Here’s what makes her even more interesting…

She appears to be a hand-painted ceramic piece, possibly from the ceramic hobby craze of the 1960s–1980s, when people attended ceramic classes, painted their own creations, and proudly signed their finished work.

Her base is hollow with an opening for lighting, which makes me think she may have originally been an illuminated decorative figurine or accent lamp. And the sweetest detail? Someone left their initials on the bottom! ❤️

I can’t help but imagine someone sitting in a ceramics class years ago, carefully choosing the colors and painting every little detail.

That’s what I love about vintage treasures. Sometimes you’re not just bringing home a pretty piece — you’re bringing home a little piece of someone’s creativity and history.

💕 Did you, your mother, or your grandmother ever take ceramic painting classes? I’d love to hear your memories!

🍂 A Little Festival Fun with My Mini Me! ❤️

The weather couldn’t quite make up its mind today! Started off overcast and rainy, but thankfully the sunshine decided to make an appearance. ☀️

We kicked things off walking in the parade, followed by some volunteering at our work booth. Then, of course, we had to reward all that hard work with FOOD! 😂

Amazing Brazilian steak, vasos de fruta, and a cold brew coffee because apparently I needed a little extra pep to make it through the day. ☕️

Wrapped up the evening with fireworks and some quality time with my mini me. ❤️🎆

A full day, tired feet, a full belly, and some sweet memories made.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I think I’ve earned a day of doing absolutely nothing. (We all know that’s not happening. 🤣)

Anybody else get out and enjoy a local festival this weekend? 🍁

Check out the fireworks in the comments!! Got any pics or videos to share?

🎶🎄 A Little Vintage Christmas Charm! 🎄🎶

Now THESE are the kinds of treasures that make my thrifting heart happy! ❤️

Would you believe these adorable little Christmas carolers are actually hand-painted wooden spindles?! 😍

From their sweet little faces and rosy cheeks to their tiny songbooks, the details are just precious! Someone took something so simple and turned it into something full of personality and charm.

I absolutely love finding unique, handmade pieces like these. They’re a reminder that sometimes the best treasures aren’t mass-produced — they’re created with a little imagination and a whole lot of love. ❤️

🎄 Now I’m curious… are you a fan of vintage, handmade Christmas decorations, or do you prefer everything new and matching?

You already know which team I’m on! 😉🎶

🦆🤎 LOOK WHAT WAS HIDING IN MY THRIFT CART! 🤎🦆

Did anybody spot this little treasure in yesterday’s thrifting haul? 👀

Ducks are making a comeback in home decor, and I couldn’t leave this little cutie behind. Especially for $1! 😍

She’s got some vintage charm, but I have a little makeover in mind! A little imagination and some TLC can go a long way.

Now the question is… what do you think I’m going to do with it? 🤔

Drop your guesses below! 👇

Stay tuned for the before and after!

🛒🍂 FRIDAYS ARE FOR THRIFTING! 🍂🛒

Some girls spend their days off relaxing… I spend mine pushing a shopping cart looking for somebody else’s treasures! 😂

And judging by my cart, I’d say it’s been a pretty successful Friday! 😍

A little vintage, a little Christmas, some kitchen treasures, and a whole lot of “Oh, I can do something with that!” 🤎

Some of these goodies may find their way into my booth at The Florida Native, and a few might just find their way into my own home. 🤭

Tell me I’m not the only one who considers thrifting a form of therapy! 🙋‍♀️

👇 What’s the BEST thing you’ve ever found while thrifting? I want to hear about those treasures!
