Full time nurse, part time therapist. But seriously I love to yap. When you’re in my chair though…it’s like Vegas babe 🎰 🤫 I am so incredibly grateful that you not only trust me with your faces but also with your stories. From fertility journeys to pregnancies, motherhood and kids, career changes and dream chasing, cancer diagnoses to ringing the bell, from marriages to divorces, to finding new love. I figured since I got SO many DM’s about this, it deserved a spot here. In November of 2025 my hair starting falling out in clumps. It was alarming🚨I sobbed and was convinced I’d be bald by summer🧑‍🦲It took three months to get in to see my dermatologist so I did what any other girl would do…I hopped on Google and spiraled down the hair loss rabbit hole. SO here’s what I did: Nutrafol (no minoxidil), Nioxin step 4 shampoo conditioner every other day, Nizoral once a week, Plated hair serum and increased my intake of red meat. 🛑I didn’t use heat, tossed my brush and used a wide tooth comb, stopped sleeping with wet hair, no pony tails and tried to stop stressing about it🛑 It’s now May and my hair looks like a chia pet but that’s on new growth!💁🏻‍♀️When I finally got into my derm she looked at my scalp with a microscope and reviewed all my labs and I was diagnosed with Telogen Effluvium. IYKYK. Now here we are growing and the shed has slowed to a near normal level 🙌🏻 if your looking for effective products check out they have hair, eye and face serums that WORK.
