This custom memorial piece is filled with locally grown blooms: ball dahlias in coral and rose, zinnias, striped cosmos, verbena, and feverfew, with airy greens and soft hydrangea spilling over the sides. Nothing too tidy, nothing too formal. Just the late-summer abundance of the fields around us, arranged with care.

Memorial flowers are some of the most meaningful work we do. We’re honored to sit with each family, listen to their stories, and create something that feels personal to the life being remembered.

If you’d like to talk about sympathy or memorial flowers for someone you love, we’re here. Call or stop by the shop.

A little peek at what has been leaving the shop lately. 🌸

Every single one of these was made by hand, designed with intention, and sent out the door to someone who deserved something beautiful. A birthday. A thank you. A just because. A hard week that needed a little softening.

This is what we do every day and we never take it for granted.

If you have been thinking about sending flowers to someone, this is your sign. Stop by, give us a call, or order online.

You do not need a reason.

A birthday, sure. An anniversary, absolutely. But also a Tuesday. Also a hard week. Also because the sun was out and you walked past the shop and something caught your eye.

Just because flowers are some of our favorites to make, because they are never really just because. They are a little reminder that someone was thinking about you, that you matter, that today is worth making beautiful.

Stop by, give us a call, or order online. 🌸

We just love this season and all the local blooms it brings. It’s the wild, untamed stems of bee balm, agastashe, and buplurum foliage reaching outward that turn a classic rose arrangement into something truly alive.

Which stem catches your eye first?

What’s In Season Right Now (And Why It Matters) 🌸
If you walk into the shop this week, here is exactly what you should be asking for.

Peonies. The flower everyone waits all year for. Lush, full, and absolutely fleeting. Peony season is short, just a handful of weeks, don’t miss it now is the moment.

Garden Roses. Not the tight, uniform roses you picture from a grocery store. These are full, soft, and a little wild in the best way.

Snapdragons tall, architectural, and full of personality. They add height and movement to an arrangement and they hold up beautifully.

Yarrow a flat-topped, clustered bloom that adds incredible texture and a slightly wild, foraged look to an arrangement.

Veronica tall, slender spikes that add a beautiful vertical line to any arrangement. It brings a soft, almost whimsical movement and pairs beautifully with the bigger, fuller blooms in this lineup.

Lisianthus often mistaken for a rose, but with a softer, more romantic feel. They open beautifully over several days and just keep getting prettier.

Bachelor Buttons small, charming, and a true cottage garden flower. They bring in that wildflower feel and a pop of true blue that is hard to find anywhere else.

Stock if you love a flower that smells as good as it looks, this is it. Stock has this incredible, clove-like fragrance that fills an entire room, and it brings a beautiful spike of texture to any arrangement.

Here is why this matters. When flowers are in season, they are fresher, more beautiful and they last longer because they have not traveled across the world to get to you. Plus you are supporting local growers in our community. Win, win!

Save this for the next time you come🌿
