Absolutely delicious, one of a kind Kaab al Ghazel (Corn of a Gazelle), but if you translate from Arabic it means an ankle of a gazelle. It is a cookie filled with almond paste, and it's not very sweet, but eaten with Moroccan mint tea or a nice cup of coffee, tastes luxurious and it just melts in your mouth.
