A couple of months ago, I was asked to lead a paint party for a women’s group at Immaculate Conception Church. They requested to paint the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It took us a hot minute to find a date that would work with everyone’s schedules and we decided on Friday, June 12. After researching and looking at many different renditions of the Sacred Heart, I designed my own. It just so happens that June 12 is the Feast of the Sacred Heart. So this paint party was extra special! All the paintings came out so beautiful! Thank you Michela McQuade Champlin for trusting me with leading this paint party, thank you to all the painters, and thank you, Father Capoverdi frgiacomo for visiting us and giving us a very special blessing!

Awesome paint nite last night with the Weekend Warriors of New England! We have been painting together once a month from September to May for four plus years. In June-August, they take advantage of the warm sunny weather to do outdoor adventures. Last night we painted birdhouses.
