This cake touched my heart, and by that I mean the customers did. A lady from Kentucky reached out to have me make a cake for her momma here in west plains. At first I was a little hesitant because it’s a hot fudge ice cream cake, and well I’ve never made one before. I did a trial run last week and it turned out pretty good. Well today I said a little prayer before making it that it would turn out good. I delivered to the momma and she was in tears, she said I have a little piece of my daughter now. It’s been a little bit since they have seen each other, and I was so happy to help. I am happy the Lord blessed me with hands to bake, and seeing it bring joy to a mother and daughter. Sometimes all you have to do is take that little step of faith, you never know what lies on the other side when you do. I was truly blessed today.
