We’ve officially entered the era of the “biohacked home.”
Don’t get me wrong, air filtration, circadian lighting systems and health tracking are amazing tools. But somewhere between the smart panels and the metrics, we started treating our homes like clinical labs and human beings like machines to be optimized.
True wellness design isn’t just about what you can measure. It’s about how a space feels when you cross the threshold. Does it nurture your mind, body, and spirit?
Before you add another gadget to your floor plan, ask yourself 3 basic questions:
#1 How does this space make you feel?
#2 Does it reconnect you to natural light and nature?
#3 Does the layout actually support how you want to live, rest, and connect?
Your home should feel like a sanctuary, not a data center. Let’s please bring the soul back into wellness design 🙏🏼.
