A view from monserat. This was such a lovely day trip while in Barcelona. We took a bus from Barcelona to the base of the mountain, then took the train to the monastery. Leaving sime facts in the video below. Check out the comments for views inside the basilica. Who wants to take a trip?

Happy st. Patrick's day. Multi-purpose cooker for the win, I slated bowl to keep it hot.

Not to make you jealous, buy my multi-cooker is making magic again. I pressure cooked a 3 lb corned beef brisket for 60 minutes, let it do a natural release for 20 minutes, rest for another 10 to 15 before slicing. I can't wait for dinner tomorrow night.
