I spend a lot of time thinking about the little things most people don’t notice… paint undertones, scale of a room, furniture layouts, specific hardware, and how a space feels at the end of a long day.

Because those details are what make a house feel like home.

If you’ve emailed us, scheduled a meeting, received an invoice, or wondered how all the moving pieces of a project come together, chances are you’ve already experienced a little bit of Regan’s magic.

As our Operations Manager, she’s the organized mind behind the scenes keeping timelines on track, orders moving, and details from falling through the cracks. She’s thoughtful, dependable, and brings so much calm and joy to the day-to-day of our projects.

A few favorites:

☕ Coffee order: Homemade Matcha Latte (she’s a certified health coach)

✈️ Favorite place to travel: England… she’s been 7 times! Our next annual planning meeting should most definitely be in the Cotswolds.

🎵 Currently listening to: Frank Sinatra on the record player

🏡 Dream design style: Heritage-inspired, warm, rich, and collected. She loves funky, interesting art. (Fun fact - Regan was a previous design client!)

We couldn’t run a successful design firm without her. She helps make the client experience seamless and brings joy to the studio every day.

We worked with this fun wall treatment already installed in this model home. We styled it with beautiful abstract art, a new oversized champagne bronze mirror, and new accessories to blend in the bold color with her personal style as she makes this house a home.
