New van day ⚡️

Our new Mercedes eSprinter just arrived and this one is for the sand & refinishing crew.

It’ll be getting loaded up with all of our Bona sanding equipment and everything the guys need for hardwood jobs.

Now we just need to get it wrapped and put it to work.

Keep an eye out for us around town and give us a wave if you see the new one 👋

A little scratch doesn’t have to be a big deal! 🙌

Today I was putting up a new display at our Design Center and noticed a few scratches, so out came the Tibet Almond Stick. This little thing is too good not to share with our clients!

It helps hide light surface scratches on wood and is handy to keep around for quick touch-ups. You can find it on Amazon just search “Tibet Almond Stick.” ✨

For years, Mark and I have mastered the very precise technique of getting “Old Trusty,” our giant carpet pole, on and off the forklift. A little skill, a little patience, and probably a few words we won’t repeat 😂

Today’s upgrade? Slide the forks in and go. Where has this thing been all our lives?!

Happy retirement, Old Trusty. You made us work for it. 💪🤣

Mark’s trip to Germany gave him the chance to tour the Berger-Seidle and Lägler plants and see firsthand how their flooring finishes and equipment are made. He learned so much about the quality standards behind both, and we’re excited to bring that knowledge and some new products back to our clients.

He found a little time for sightseeing and a German b**r, too. 🇩🇪🍻

There’s nothing better than hearing from a happy customer. 🤍

From helping choose the right materials to the final installation, our goal is to make the entire process feel easy—and to leave our customers with floors they absolutely love.

Thank you, Janis & Bob, for taking the time to send such a thoughtful note. And a HUGE shoutout to our installation crew, we’re lucky to have an incredible team!

“It was like you could read our minds… before we knew it, we had exactly what we wanted.
That’s exactly the experience we strive for. ✨.
