Garlic Butter Steak, Shrimp, Corn & Broccoli
A hearty and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender steak bites, juicy shrimp, sweet corn, and crisp broccoli all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 ears corn, cut into halves
3 cups broccoli florets
5 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, paprika, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak pieces for 2 to 4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant.
Add the corn and broccoli. Toss in the garlic butter and cook until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together.
Add red pepper flakes and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
