Hello! It’s been a minute since I have posted, but winter time is one of my busy times to prepare for the season ahead. And handling a 1 year old in the mix has been challenging, I’m not going to lie. Lol
But I wanted to let ya’ll know about some updates for the season to come. These decisions were made because currently this spring and summer we are in the process of finishing Building our home, which is our main goal because the sooner we get out there, the sooner we can start ramping up more ideas for the flowers! 😊
Ok, so don’t worry, I’m still selling my flowers! Haha but I had to make a hard decision to stop bringing my truck to the farmers markets this year. This was hard, but it’s for a good reason. My flowers will be part of the family farms produce stand that my dad runs, which is . This year he will be (and you will see me too!) at the Riverfront Farmers markets and Wrightsville beach market! Stay tuned with schedule. I will make sure you guys know where my flowers will be on here 😊
The truck is not going away, but will now be available for private events and even pop ups if my schedule is opened! Before I didn’t have the time to add anything else to my schedule because my truck was always at the markets. This gives me the opportunity to do this now. But like I said, the main priority is getting the house done.
Second update, due to having to move all the flower production at the farm, and figuring out where to plant my flowers, I had to make some adjustments. This year I cutback on certain flowers just because i definitely don’t want to have a major loss in certain flowers that I didn’t have a place for right now. The ones I decided to not grow this year are the Ranunculus and Anenomes. They will be coming back in Spring of 2027 though!
Each year is always different, but pivots have to be made sometimes. I look forward to Spring this year, and I’ll keep y’all posted for any updates. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and I look forward to growth!
Here’s to finishing our home, moving to the farm, and growing lots of flowers 🥂👩🌾💐
