- 3 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves 🌿
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves 🌱
- 6 navel oranges 🍊

Recommended Equipment:
- Citrus zester 🧺
- Large rimmed baking sheet 🍽️
- Glass jars for storage (e.g., 4 oz Ball jars, 5 oz Bormioli jars, or 2 oz Sunshine jars) 🫙

Instructions:

Peanut Butter and Honey Candy 🍯🥜✨

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp honey (heaping spoon or 100g/3.5 oz) 🍯
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (heaping spoon or 100g/3.5 oz) 🥜
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍨
- 1 pinch crystal salt flakes (optional) 🧂

Instructions:
1. In a medium non-stick saucepan, bring the honey to a boil over high heat 🍯🔥. Allow it to boil until it reaches 120°C (248°F) on a candy thermometer 🌡️.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract (optional) 🥜🍨. Use a silicone spatula to mix until smooth. You can also add extra nuts at this stage if desired 🌰.
3. Pour the mixture into a small plastic food container. Sprinkle some crystal salt flakes on top (optional) 🧂. Cover the container with a lid and let it cool at room temperature.
