The squishy craze has officially entered the party chat 🤭💜

Salt & Scissors brings DIY squishy fun to kids’ birthday parties + pop-ups in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas!

We prepare the filling, so we know what goes inside. No mystery ingredients! ✨ Kids customize our premade filling with fun add-ins, then we fill and seal their squishy for them to take home.

Want to make the slime, too? Slime-making is also an option for birthday parties!

A creative party activity AND a take-home favor they helped create 🙌

The excitement when they realize they get to make it AND take it home 🙌

At today’s mermaid playdough party in Surf City, each child customized their own lagoon with homemade playdough and ocean treasures. They were so excited to pick out all their little treasures! 🐚

Hands-on fun + a take-home party favor, all matched to your theme. I bring the supplies, set up, and help the kids so you can enjoy the celebration! ✨

Picture your child’s face when they walk up to a birthday activity made just for them. 🤍

I’ll plan it around what they love, bring the supplies, and lead the activity. They get a moment that feels like theirs, and you get to enjoy it without managing one more thing.

Planning a party in Wilmington or nearby? Send me their age and theme, and let’s dream something up. ✨

This sensory bucket was made for a very special 5-year-old by combining two of her favorite things: surfing + kitties 🐱🏄‍♀️🌊

From the custom Cool Cat Surf Club lid to all the tiny beachy details inside, everything was created to coordinate with her party theme and make the favor part of the fun.

A custom activity + party favor all in one ✨
