We were thrilled to work with , and truly the best of clients on this top to bottom, inside and out renovation of a stunning Winnetka home. Our clients preserved this beautiful piece of architectural history while adding all the modern amenities a young family could want, from a pool and pool house to a golf simulator and sauna/cold plunge room. And won a Preservation Award from in the process.

It’s hard to believe this entry started out dark and heavy, with tri-colored slate floors and sad, beige walls devoid of trim. Tumbled marble floors, applied trim moulding, glossy paint and a soft, beautiful landscape transformed this heavily trafficked area into a s**c

Ushering in March with the perfect shamrock green tile ☘️Project side note: My client and I both had a tradition of bringing shamrock shakes to school. Two years in a row we ran out of meetings with to get the shakes to school on time.

This second floor lounge was originally slated to be a golf simulator before we dug out a s**ce in the basement that had better specs. What we gained was a warm, light-filled s**ce for playing games, hanging out, and doing homework. The exposed brick is original to this historically significant home and we never questioned for a second whether to keep it.

This fresh take on a floral from is the perfect compliment to a custom-designed vanity and sleek fixtures. We put a modern, minimal spin on this architecturally stunning, traditional home and can’t wait to share more of this special project.
