The question I keep getting asked…

“Are you really DONE with DUNN?”

The answer is no—never DUNN. 🩷 But for now, I am taking a break.

Heidi’s Finds was built around Rae Dunn—the excitement of the hunt, discovering new and old treasures, and sharing those finds with people who truly loved them.

But this journey has given me something far more valuable than mugs or pottery. It has brought me genuine friendships and an incredible group of women who support one another day in and day out. We build each other up, share our lives, laugh until we cry, cry when life gets hard, rant when we need to, and constantly encourage one another to grow—not only as women, but as small-business owners.

Over the past year, my core Dunn sisters have carried me through some of the darkest and scariest moments of my life. That kind of friendship is priceless, and no amount of negativity could ever take it away from me.

Sadly, the Rae Dunn community on Whatnot has begun to drift away from the values many of us once held so strongly:

🩷 R — Respect our customers
🩷 A — Always choose community over competition
🩷 E — Extend kindness to everyone

That is what RAE should represent.

Recently, the rudeness, negativity, and lack of respect from both sellers and customers have become too heavy. I refuse to allow unkind behavior to steal my joy, disturb my peace, or change the way I run my business.

So, I’m stepping back—not because I stopped loving Rae Dunn, and certainly not because I stopped loving my Dunn sisters. I’m simply choosing to protect my heart, my peace, and the values Heidi’s Finds was built upon.

This isn’t goodbye. It’s just a pause.

I will always love the hunt. I will always treasure the memories. I will always be grateful for the friendships this community gave me.

I’m not done with Dunn—I’m just DUNN with the drama. 🩷
